Everyone gets stressed out over midterms so here are some ways that can help you relax and make studying not so bad:

First set up a time of day that is just for you and not studying. In that time do something that doesn’t require a lot of thought such as walking or painting your nails or even just scribbling on paper helps relieve stress. When you feel  overwhelmed by your work, step back for a second and take three deep breaths and try again. Don’t let your studying interfere with your sleep because the more you get, the better you will feel.
